Those with more experience will probably find Photo Editor too basic and even though some comments suggest you can't save images, you actually can but instead of clicking a save button you just hit the 'apply' button. The menu system is well organised and those new to photo editing will appreciate how simple the app makes the photo editing process. Basic edits, such as cropping and adjusting brightness levels, can be performed, plus there's also tools for drawing and adding text to shots. This is an easy to use editor that's packed with filters which can be quickly applied to images. Obviously, it's not as advanced as Photoshop but for a basic editor, particularly if you're editing images on the go, it's pretty decent. A wide variety of adjustments and filters can be applied, although you will have to make in-app purchases should you wish to use any of the premium filters. Adobe Photoshop Express gives users a quick and easy way to edit photos.
